About Us
Founded in 2018 by Shri C. Elumalai, M.A., VR.CP.CE International CBSE School was established to address the significant need for CBSE schools in our area and to provide a well-rounded liberal education. Mr. C. Elumalai, along with his descendants Mr. E. Senthilkumar, B.E., and Mr. E. Sridhar, B.E., B.A., B.L., directors of our school, played a pivotal role in laying its foundation.
Deeply committed to the advancement of education in his community, Mr. C. Elumalai had previously opened a matriculation school in Polur before 2005, followed by a CBSE school and an arts college.
Motivated by the inconvenience faced by children traveling long distances for quality CBSE education, he decided to establish a school in his locality, where the children from the rural areas can access the CBSE education by not going very far from their homes. In early 2018, Mrs. Rekha became the first principal of the school, which initially started with 97 students and 7 teachers in 5 classrooms. By 2019, the school had grown to accommodate approximately 157 students on a spacious campus. During the Annual Day celebration that year, actress Mrs. Suganya presented prizes and awards to our students. The primary section of the school includes classes from Pre-KG to Grade VIII.
The school offers excellent facilities to enhance students' learning experiences, including a resourceful library, computer lab, AV room, and smart classrooms that support cognitive development. Other amenities include clean, air-conditioned classrooms, innovative teaching methodologies, and a variety of extracurricular activities such as yoga, dance, karate, abacus, Silambam, origami, and sports. We also provide daily snacks for nourishment and ensure student safety with CCTV monitoring.
Classroom resources include smart classes, worksheets, activity booklets for KG, art and craft books, quizzes, and various activities to foster both cognitive and physical development.
